Serkant Uluderya is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Netsia, and contributing to the ONF's SEBA and ONAP's OSAM groups. He is an ICT professional with more than 15 years of experience in software development primarily in telecommunications. He spent his past 5 years to learn how to become a servant leader.

He has a proven record of leading, architecting and developing large/medium scale software projects. He has worked in several different projects related to SDN/NFV, network performance monitoring, mobile core networks, deep packet inspection, virtual switching, VOIP systems domains.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Marmara University in Istanbul.
