Chip Boling is a Principal Software Engineer at TiBiT Communications and is the lead engineer for TiBiT's VOLTHA OLT Device adapter and is leading their effort to integrate the TiBiT Microplug OLT into the SEBA Architecture. Chip is a member of the VOLTHA TSC/TST and a committer to the VOLTHA, CORD, and ONOS projects. Chip was also a primary design lead for the VOLTHA OpenOMCI, KPI/PM, and Alarm libraries as well.
Chip earned a BEE at Georgia Tech in 1985 and has had an active career in Network Communications and Telecommunications since the early 1980's.
