David Artuñedo Guillén is the CEO at OnLife Networks (a Telefónica Intrapeneur start up) at Product Innovation Inside Chief Commercial Digital Office exploring how to re-architect Central Offices as Datacenters using SDN & Cloud open source technologies, to deliver best user experience to TEF customers through Edge Computing. OnLife Networks team has deployed the first Open SW&OCP based Data Center in Madrid and is working to set up first trials with customers.

Prior to joining OnLife Networks, he worked in Telefónica at several business units, including CTO for TU Go Communications Product (launched in O2 UK, Movistar Argentina, Perú, Colombia and Mexico, and VIVO Brazil), Technology Liasion Manager at Jajah in Israel, and Senior Manager on Communication Services at Telefónica Research and Development.

David Artuñedo received Computer Science Engineer of the Year in Castilla y León (Spain) from Computer Science Engineering Professional Association in 2010, and has been associate professor in Computer Science Engineering at Universidad de Valladolid.
